I am very pleased that you are interested in our pugs. I have had show dogs for almost 30 years and had pugs for about 8 years. Pugs are very cute and can make wonderful pets. Pugs learn quickly and I show them in agility and obedience as well as the breed ring. I work as a LCSW therapist and often take a dog to work with me or on a Therapy Dog visit to the inpatient unit. My adult pugs all get certified as Therapy Dogs in Therapy Dogs International.
All of my puppies are usually sold at 12 weeks. By that time they have all their puppy shots and have begun training. I teach puppies at our local training club, Merrimac Dog Training Club. I make sure each puppy is clicker trained beginning at 3 weeks. Each pup learns sit, down, and how to walk on a leash. I expose my puppies to adults, children and crowds. Often they visit the local public Primary School for socialization before they go off to their new homes.
Additionally, all my pups are trained to a litter pan of Purina Second Nature litter. As they grow, you can continue to use a litter box or have them use the outside. Pups from my last two litters will go outside or use a box.
Right now pet home pug puppies prices start at $1000. Show puppies are individually priced. Pet puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract. I offer lifetime support for your pup. I ask that you have the puppy examined by your vet within 48 hours for your satisfaction. I want you to be happy with your new member of the family. Any pup residing in this area gets free training from me at no extra charge. If circumstances force an owner to give up a dog, I will gladly take the puppy and re home it for you.
